About Kelly

A pilates and yoga qualified personal trainer, Kelly believes a strong core and a supple body is essential to everyone’s fitness goals. But don’t be fooled by this approach as she is qualified in a wide range of disciplines which will get muscles working that you never knew you had before! After sitting at her desk for 7 years as a civil servant, Kelly decided to get off her backside and get fit! in the process, she herself lost over 20Kg and decided to train for a career in the fitness industry.

This was some 7 years ago and in this time, after first gaining a qualification to become a studio instructor, she has gone on to qualify and teach a range of classes at many of the major fitness clubs in central London, such as Step, Circuits, Strike, Combat, Fight Klub, Spinning, Body Pump to name just a few. Kelly jumped further in to the deep end by resigning from her desk job and qualified as a personal trainer. Once this was achieved studied and qualified in pre and post natal, nutrition, rehabilitation for injuries, and powerplate. You should now be left in no doubt that Kelly is qualified and motivated to help you reach all your fitness and lifestyle goals and rest assured your sessions will be fun and varied but tailored for your unique and individual needs.
