Amanda’s love for her 2nd home – the gym – came early at 18 year’s old and has helped her maintain her size 10 frame and endless energy 18 years later at 36 year’s old!
Having trained towards a diverse range of sports each year, including the London Marathon, Figure Skating (level 7), advanced Yoga techniques and currently the BNBF Miss Figure competition, Amanda will passionately guide you in whatever your fitness aspiration may be. She will educate you during your fun and varied bespoke programme that will be created holistically to fit your lifestyle and persona.
