What is an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised training programme combining real work with learning and training, both on and off the job. Apprenticeships are available from 16 years onwards with no upper age limit. Please note – apprentices must be in appropriate work for the duration of the programme. As an apprentice you will be able to earn whilst you build up knowledge and skills within the Health & Social Care industry. Health and Social Care Apprenticeships usually take between 9 and 18 months to complete and leads to a framework qualification made up of a Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults), Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care, Key Skills, Employer Rights & Responsibilities, and a First Aid certificate.
This programme is designed to give the learner the relevant training and education required to work within an office environment. To achieve the Apprenticeship awarded by CfA you will need to complete an NVQ Certificate in Business, Administration, Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration, Level 2 Functional Skills in literacy and numeracy
The Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone who works, or would like to work, in a customer-orientated environment such as call centers, retail outlets, hotels and public service organisations. Customer Service frameworks consists of an NVQ Certificate in Customer Service, Certificate in Customer Service (Technical Certificate), Key/ Functional Skills and Communications. What does it cost?
